Well kids…I decided that since Thanksgiving is Thursday, I’m hanging up the Pumpkin towel for a while. It will be all Christmas flavors for me as of Black Friday. That being said, if you are looking for a reason to get your Pumpkin fill this week..I would HIGHLY suggest making this part of your menu. It would even be a fantastic Thanksgiving breakfast to enjoy with your morning cup, while watching the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade. Just sayin.

I’ve had this pinned on my fall board, for quite some time, and can’t believe it’s taken me over 2 months to finally get around to trying it out. Big mistake. It is super moist, and super yummy. I definitely plan on incorporating this into my annual fall baking “to do” list.
