February 1st I embarked on a 30 day challenge to see if this “Fab Ab” calendar that’s been circulating around Pinterest, actually works or not. (original post here) I promised a before and after pic, so…here you go!
I have to admit, I failed to comply with the task for probably 5 days or so (total, not consecutive) & although I don’t think the results are MAJOR, I definitely see a little more definition and am thinking it wouldn’t hurt to make the sit-up/push-up/plank circuit a regular part of my daily routine.
What do you think? Do you see results?
