So as you know, I’ve been trapped choosing to stay inside this past week, as the temps were toggling between negative and single digits; and when you’re stuck inside all week, what else is left to do but drink? Kidding aside, I can’t imagine Christmas time without champs, specifically Martini & Rossi, Asti. My mom and I have broke out the Christmas morning mimosas for years; a tradition I’m quite fond of.
I had a leftover bag of cranberries in the freezer from Thanksgiving (a BOGO that always frustrates me, because I NEVER need two whole bags of crans) But, not this type local grocer! I froze the other bag of crans and decided it would be the perfect (and prettiest) way to keep my champs chilled. And, because Rosemary looks like Christmas, I flocked some sprigs with sugar and added an extra pretty little garnish.
Shout out to my hubby for the amazing pictures! Love the tree in the background!
What you need:
Champagne

Frozen Cranberries

Sugar
What you need to do:
For the Sugared Rosemary: Rinse rosemary and shake excess water off. Roll rosemary in sugar.
