I’ve been all about the neutrals lately. I’m also a total sucker for pairing feminine and edgy pieces together, like lace + camo for instance. So it’s no surprise this t-shirt and pleated skirt combo is a winning combination in my book. I’ve had this skirt forever (an item I scored for $10 at Target) though I’ve maintained it mostly for work occasions, and haven’t worn it very much at all.
It wasn’t until I saw Pursuit of Shoes style a similar skirt with a knotted tee a few months back, that I got some maj inspo to reinvent my own pleated midi. It’s not quite yet warm enough for bare arms yet, so I paired it with a green leather jacket.

Oh, I think I am going to have to come and literally steal those shoes off your feet they are so fabulous! I love the pleated skirt with the leather jacket (loved your lace and camo outfit btw). Re the knotted vibe, I think it can really work or really not, and it could be one of those few things that has an age limit on it!
