Thank you to Kohl’s for sponsoring this post. I was paid for this post and received the included panties as compensation. As
always, all opinions are my own.
Getting a little personal today, and talking…panties! I know, it’s a little out of the norm for me, but an important topic, nonetheless. A great outfit always starts with good undergarments, and it’s important to have a good base layer to make you feel comfortable throughout the day. It sounds silly, but the wrong pair of panties can really mess up your whole day. (Nobody wants an ill-fitting thong, or saggy granny-panties to tote around all day!) Having a good fitting pair of panties is essential, but it’s equally important to have a well rounded set of undies, so that you are properly prepared for all types of looks. Let’s talk about the 5 types of underwear every woman should own.

The G-String: Itty bitty in size, the G-String is no more than a few inches of fabric. It’s the type of panty that you barely know is there, because it’s so small. Some women don’t like how small this thong is, but I keep several pairs on board. They are perfect for tight dresses, because they don’t leave much (if any) of a panty line.
The Thong: With quite a bit more fabric (and as much coverage as a panty that tucks inside your bum can give you) the thong is a favorite among many. Some refer to this style as a T-Back, because of the T shape in the back. I have more of this style than I can mention. If you are looking for a thong style that doesn’t dig into your hips, consider this style as it rests nicely on your hipline.
The Brazilian Thong: This thong gives more of a “cheeky” bottom look. Like the thong, it’s similar in size, and meant to be worn with thicker fabrics like denim.
The Boyshort: The boyshort covers your whole under-area, and continues onto the top of your thighs, giving the ultimate covers. I have a ton of this style, because I love wearing them with dresses.
The Granny Panty: We all know this one! This panty gives full coverage over your booty, without covering your thighs. I have a couple of these styles, but I usually only wear them to bed, because I am not about that panty line life!
I purchased these panties at Kohl’s and can’t get over how cute they are! If you didn’t know, Kohl’s panty section is on point! They have the cutest styles, ranging from cotton/everyday where to sexy lingerie. And, in keeping with Kohl’s style, they in all price ranges.
By the way, Kohl’s is having their semi-annual event where you can snag intimates for $10 off of your $40 purchase. The sale starts 8/5-8/17. Just use promo code INTIMATES10 at checkout, to start those savings!
