What are you guys up to today? I’m taking it easy, this morning, sipping on my coffee a little longer and laying on the couch watching the Today Show. It’s crazy how much joy that brings me lol. (This is 31, people!) I’m going to go get a pie crust going for some hand pies in a few, then go hiking with my husband and his sibs. Tomorrow, we are heading up to Denver for the day to stay at the Westin and hang out by the rooftop pool. It is the best vantage point for all the fireworks!!
