Coming off the coattails of fashion week, where the streets were filled with designer duds, but I also spotted some REALLY good designer dupes, which is what today’s post is about! Specifically, one of my favorite designers, Self Portrait, was spotted time and time again. I saw some designer dupes pieces that were so good, I honestly had no idea they were knock-offs. Take my dress below, for example. It has the amazing asymmetrical one shoulder neckline, that SP has become known for, but I got it for a fraction of the price! Unfortunately, this dress is sold out, so I thought I would share some other great Self Portrait designer dupes you can score for under $100.
When it comes to purchasing designer dupes, you want to give the illusion of it being the actual piece, without actually crossing the boundary. For example, no one wants to be caught in a fake Louis Vuitton with subpar branding all over it – that’s so obvious. But with dresses, like this one, you’ll leave people wondering.
For those that aren’t as familiar with the brand, they are known for their contemporary design and feminine details. Everything they do is so interesting, but still totally approachable. Some of my favorite pieces of theirs include lace paneling, whimsical ruffles, and interesting necklines – just like the one I have styled above. Still, their pieces come with a hefty price tag. Luckily, there are so many ways you can achieve the Self Portrait look, on a budget. I linked to a ton of budget friendly options, below.
How about you? What are your favorite designer dupes? Let me know in the comments below!!
