Well, Nordstrom Anniversary Sale is finally open to the public, which means all of you who have been patiently waiting to get your shop on, can finally do it. In case you missed it, I rounded up a few of my faves from the sale here, as well as did a try on session here. I’m honestly surprised to see they haven’t restocked more items, this year. There is usually a huge surge of restock right before the sale goes public, but it seems they aren’t doing that, this year. What gives, Nordys?
Anyway, a lot of bloggers will tell you to buy a ton of items that really aren’t impressive, just so they can make a sale, and I just won’t do that. I’m going to shoot it to you straight here and only share items that I really think are great. If you want to see my honest opinion about shoes and other clothing items, you can read my previous posts about the sale here. (For example, I’ve seen a lot of bloggers pushing these BP Booties, and I had my eye on them, as well, but they are super cheap and flimsy in person. Buyer beware. If you are reaching for a bootie with a similar color, I’d check these out instead.)

Fleece Pullover – I am pleasantly surprised to see that this is still in stock, and in so many color options! If you watched my Instagram story try on sesh, you know how I felt about this piece. I tried a knock-off version last season, and after trying this, that was a huge mistake. You need to add this cozy piece to your closet.
White Heels – This brand was an absolute favorite for me, this sale. I think every closet needs a pair of white leather pumps, and these are on a great sale.
Denim – This brand is always a winner for me. They have designer like quality at reasonable prices, and are discounted even more for the sale. If you are looking for a pair of denim that doesn’t have holes in them, try these out. Also, I wouldn’t pay much attention to the reviews. I bought these at the sale and I am obsessed with them. They fit like a dream, and maybe even a little big, where all the reviews said the opposite.
Ribbed Wrap Sweater – Anything by this brand was a total knock off for me, this year. This sweater is so chic and can totally be dressed up or down. I bought it in tan and black. Don’t miss this.
$35 Leggings – If you buy one piece of athleticwear at the sale this year, this is it. These are a staple for me during the fall/winter months. They hold up and aren’t sheer in the slightest.
Faux Leather Leggings – Also a favorite of mine, in the leggings department. I wear these all winter long. They suck everything in, and smooth everything out. A total must have piece.
Black + White Stripe Tee – Pleasantly surprised to see this one still in stock in this color! It’s fully stocked and a great piece to layer with black jeans and a cardigan or leather jacket for fall.
Drape Front Sweater – If you missed out on the Leith coat I was obsessing over, this would be a strong second pick. I didn’t try it on, but I’ve been it on a few bloggers and love the fit. Great layering piece to dress up or down this fall.
Plaid Shirt – I tried this on and it’s super cute. I don’t need another plaid top, but if you do, I recommend this one. It comes in many colors and you can’t beat the price.
Vince Flats – A total splurge piece, but every bit worth it if you ask me. If you’re in the market for new black flats, these are incredible.
Varsity Pullover – I loved this when I tried it on at Nordstrom, but unfortunately, they didn’t have my size. This is still available in many sizes, so scoop it up fast.
Blazer – Another knock out piece from my favorite brand of the N Sale. You can dress this up or down, with jeans, work pants, or even shorts.
Cut Out Bootie – These are the cutest and come in 3 color options. The material is sturdy and would be a total staple for fall.
Button Up Cardigan – Surprised to see this didn’t sell out yet. It’s still available in 3 colors and sizes and super cute!
Leopard Bootie – These are the only shoe I bought from the N Sale, and they are still available. I haven’t received them yet, to give my opinion, but I sized up per the reviews.
Adidas Sneaker – You can’t beat the price of these for Adidas. They are under $70 and come in nude, too.
I love that striped jumper! Still to warm here to think about buying autumnal clothes though! The Quirky Queer
