You guys know I love to host, and since we live in a pretty small home, we have created our outdoor space to be an inviting and comfortable place to host friends. There’s really nothing I love better than warm summer days and nights spent in my backyard. Top that off with a good glass of wine, a tasty meat and cheese board, and the best of friends, and well…it just doesn’t get any better than that.
AVA Grace Wines Perfect for Summer Night Hosting
I’m typically a red wine kind of girl, but the hottest months of summer have me leaning toward summer whites, to beat the heat. I recently tried out AVA Grace wines and fell in love with it, for a few reasons. I shared a bottle of the AVA Grace Pinot Grigio with a girlfriend, and the first thing she commented on was how pretty the bottle was, and I agree. Each bottle is like a piece of art, making it perfect for a large party, or even a laid-back evening with your girlfriends, that will appreciate the attention to detail.
I think labels are very important when it comes to wine. They are the first thing you notice when you go to select one so they need to be representative of the wine, so you know what you can expect. The AVA Grace Wines labels really speak to the energy, free-spiritedness, and sophistication of the brand. (3 words I hope to embody when it comes to being a good hostess!) And, although a label is what pulls you in, the taste of the wine is really what matters – am I right?! The pinot grigio is crispy and zesty, and has notes of stone fruits- the perfect combination for a hot summer day. AVA Grace’s sauvignon blanc is a well balanced party favorite that is pleasing to most palettes with citrus notes and balanced acidity.
Even when I am not hosting, I find importance in creating special moments at home, and AVA Grace wines are great to help make life’s simple moments more celebratory.
